| In Summer 2006 we opened 15 new pens constructed to meet and exceed both CIEH and Feline Advisory Bureau standards. Each cat has their own highly insulated, thermostatically heated indoor pen with a shelf to look out of the double glazed window opening on to an individual covered run overlooking a beautiful water feature garden. Runs have a chair for napping and a raised sundeck for relaxing and watching the world go by in all weathers. |

One of the above pens has been built to house three cats but for the larger cat family, we offer The Chalet. Housing up to four cats it features an insulated, heated indoor area connecting to an individual, covered outdoor run with multiple sundecks and raised walkways for cats to relax on. Overlooking the same feature garden as our other pens ensures a relaxing yet interesting view. There is a minimum charge of 3 cats to stay in the chalet. |
| Our traditional cat pens have a thermostatically controlled, heated indoor area featuring a raised
sleeping shelf connected via a cat flap to an outdoor graveled run with a scratching post and a raised sundeck overlooking beautiful gardens.
Runs have flowers or small trees growing in them - some cats climb them,
others merely sharpen their claws on them. Cats are free to move in and out at all times.
We trust them to avoid inclement weather! |

Unless
you instruct us otherwise, your cat will have complete dry cat food
(usually Iams) available at all times with water. In the morning we
feed a serving of wet food - usually Whiskas or Felix. Your cat's
pen is cleaned once a day with a water and litter tray check later
in the day. During cleaning & feeding we take time to play with
all the cats. Of course, each cat is different. Some seek attention
and some prefer to be left alone. |
| The whole cattery environment is designed to ensure
your cat has an interesting and stress free holiday. There are birds
to be watched, other cats to investigate (but not mix with), things
to be climbed, sunbathing and sleeping to be done. All in all, a pretty
good holiday. It's a pity there are no mice really! |
