From 1st January 2010

Cats & Kittens - £7.50 per day.
2 cats sharing - £12.00 per day.
3 cats sharing - £16.00 per day.

Charges are at a daily rate and are inclusive of insurance and VAT. You are charged for the day of arrival and each following day, including the day of collection - unless you collect before 9:30am.

The Chalet has a minimum daily charge of 3 cats.

Any stay over Christmas Day & Boxing day incurs a surcharge of £10.

1. All cats must be fully vaccinated. An up to date vaccination card is required to be presented at check in. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any cat which we believe to be unvaccinated or carrying an infectious illness.
2. Boarding fees are payable, in full by cash or personal cheque only, at the time your cat is collected. We don't accept credit or debit cards.
3. Cats are accepted for check in and check out during business hours only. These hours are currently 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-12pm Sunday morning.
4. We reserve the right to dispose of, at our discretion, any cat not collected within 14 days of the agreed check out date and having received no communication from the owner or their representative.
5. These terms form part of a written contract which you are required to enter into at check in.
6. Unpaid accounts attract a late payment charge of 10% per month. All costs associated with debt recovery are borne by the debtor.
7. We reserve the right to vary these conditions at any time.
