I'm really not quite sure what to say about this one. They are certainly committed.

I was just thinking the same thing, with prettier faces, very cute.....
I remember a lady in Cheltenham (where we come from), quite a few years ago, advertising a litter of Cockerpoos in the local paper, a friend of ours had one of them, he was gorgeous...kind of similar, bur smaller...Dad was a miniature poodle the lady was looking after and mum was a blue roan cocker spaniel.... rolleyes.gif

The fact that there are 3 different sizes of labradoodle when there is only one size of labrador, I feel could be asking for trouble. What happens to the poor animals who are misfits?

I remember a dog I used to see as a child which upset me - it was some sort of corgi cross:- it had the head, body and forelegs of a corgi and long back legs. It seemed so uncomfortable on the move!

There's a breeding establishment experimenting with pug crosses and proud of it
pups r us and i've seen adverts for one crossing shih tzu and tibetans but can't remember where!

Hi Lesley

Poodles come in three different sizes, standard (15inches or above) minature (11-15inches) and toy (9-11inches) at the shoulder so I guess that is why there are 3 different sizes of labradoodle!

Yes I know but labradors don't and that is my worry - if a 9" poodle is mated to a labrador I think that at some point now or in the future there are going to be some deformed specimens!

Well it might have been a different story had the peke in question been the size of a giraffe! laughing.gif
