Can OTL people recommend website builders, free or paying, but easy to use?

I want two: one for my translation business (just a bit of information, contact details, to give quotes, download my CV, etc...)

And the other one for business purposes, maybe with a basket, checkout, Paypal, etc...

Thank you in advance for any suggestions...

Oh and if possible with no spam, pop-ups and the like.

I need to learn on how to protect peoples information and etc ... I am off, again.

Yahoo has a website builder for businesses that seems pretty easy to use. They have several templates too. You have to pay to host the website on their services, but it seems like a good deal for a budding business because it's listed in their directory. Is that the sort of thing you're looking for?
