Well worth a browse through, many of the rescue centres post here on a daily basis with dogs which need new homes.

A lot of these people run animal sanctuaries / rehoming kennels without any charity funding, an admirable cause and it's good to know that there are people out there willing to give up a lot of their time for our four (and sometimes two - yes somebody is rehoming battery chickens!) legged friends.
