Santosha Boarding Kennels was established over 30 years ago by Susan & David Crossley, who are still owners and actively engaged in the business. Our kennels are used by the RSPCA as well as Social Services to supplement their facilities and we count several veterinary surgeons among our customers. We have also been recommended by the Good Kennel and Cattery Guide. We are well known for our world famous, multiple award winning Santosha Shih Tzu dogs. We have been breeding them for over 30 years and have many Champions, including several Bests of Breed at Crufts. David is Chairman of The Shih Tzu Club. We are both international Championship show judges, having officiated as far afield as Australia. Susan judged at Crufts in 1998 and David in 2004 - a rare double honour. Our vast experience with dogs is put to good use in the everyday running of the kennels. It doesn't matter whether your pet has blue blood or not, all have the same care and attention. We are used to dealing with all manner of doggy behaviour - from timid to boisterous. We are also able to quickly detect ailments and arrange treatment, whether it be a simple remedy for a tummy upset or a visit from the vet.
