You are charged for the day of arrival and each following day, including the day of collection - unless you collect before 9:30am. Miniature dogs include Chihuahuas, Pomeranians and small Yorkies. Medium dogs are classed as Jack Russell to Labrador. (most dogs) Large dogs include German Shepherds and Dalmations. Any stay over Christmas Day & Boxing day incurs a surcharge of £10. Our kennels can take up to three dogs sharing. Contact us for further prices. 1. All dogs must be fully vaccinated - including Kennel Cough. An up to date vaccination card is required to be presented at check in. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog which we believe to be unvaccinated or carrying an infectious illness. 2. Boarding fees are payable, in full by cash or personal cheque only, at the time your dog is collected. We don't accept credit or debit cards. 3. Dogs are accepted for check in and check out during business hours only. These hours are currently 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-12pm Sunday morning. 4. We reserve the right to dispose of, at our discretion, any dog not collected within 14 days of the agreed check out date and having received no communication from the owner or their representative. 5. These terms form part of a written contract which you are required to enter into at check in. 6. Unpaid accounts attract a late payment charge of 10% per month. All costs associated with debt recovery are borne by the debtor. 7. We reserve the right to vary these conditions at any time.
