Terms and Conditions of Boarding

The agreed boarding period is for the dates detailed on the booking. The greater of £20 or 20% deposit will be required for a peak time booking.
Deposit refund policy. Cancellation more than 30 days ahead: deposit refunded or transferred to another booking (£5 admin fee for refunds). 14 - 30 days ahead: deposit transferable to another booking. Less than 14 days before booking: deposit non-refundable.
All animals must be fully vaccinated and have their boosters up to date including a kennel cough vaccination for dogs.
Evidence of vaccination is required to be produced upon request. Failure to produce proof of current vaccination may mean we have to refuse entry or board your pet in isolation, at extra cost.
Multiple animals on the same booking may share a pen with each other unless instructed otherwise. I understand it may be necessary to separate my pets if the proprietor feels there is a welfare issue.
Animals are accepted for check in and check out during business hours only, currently 8am - 6pm Mon - Sat and 9am - 12noon on Sundays.
The proprietors have permission to make permanent re-homing arrangements, at their discretion, for animals not collected within 14 days of the check out date overleaf, having received no communication from their owner, or for animals with more than 45 days outstanding boarding fees.
All costs associated with unpaid accounts and debt recovery are borne by the debtor. Overdue accounts attract a late payment charge of 8% of the outstanding amount for every month they are overdue.
Animals boarding are insured as standard. This does not cover pre-existing conditions.
Daily rate is inclusive of insurance and VAT.
Boarding fees are payable, in full by cash or debit/credit card only, at the time animals are collected. You are charged for the day of arrival and each following day including the collection day. We will discount the collection day if collection is made before 9:30am.
Whilst every possible care and attention is given to every animal boarded, we can not be held responsible for loss, either from illness or any other cause, due to matters outside of our reasonable control.
I give my consent for any urgent medical treatment (including surgery) that may be required, in the opinion of the proprietor and their veterinary surgeon, for my pet during their stay.
